Speaker, pursuant to Sections 6 and 34 of the National Government Constituencies Development Fund Act, the NG-CDF Board determined the budget ceilings for each of the constituencies in the financial year 2019/2020, which was approved by the National Assembly on 17th October 2019. Subsequent to the approval, the Board issued a circular to constituencies communicating the approved budget ceilings for each constituency and requested constituencies to submit project proposals by 31st October 2019."
