    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. Is the Assistant Minister in order to mislead the House that Mr. Kuva is a volunteer? He has written more than 10 letters over the last 10 years and Telkom Kenya has never bothered to respond to those letters. The Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs, himself, when he was the Minister for Foreign Affairs, also wrote to Telkom Kenya. But Telkom Kenya did not respond. Is the Assistant Minister in order to purport that Mr. Kuva is a volunteer?"
