    "content": "For instance, this Convention can be used to combat money laundering, issues of corruption and more importantly, terrorism financing. Another item that I need to bring to the attention of the Members is that when a signed State makes a request, it is supposed to act as if the subject avoiding payment taxes is a member of their country. So, this is a matter which was brought to the Committee. We felt that the delay by the Executive was not warranted and this House should ratify the Convention for the good of this country."
