    "content": "It is most unfortunate that several years after Independence, government after government takes oath to take charge of the lives and security of the citizenry. Yet, they do very little to mitigate challenges that are open like the floods we are talking about. They did not just happen accidentally. They happen almost perennially and the best the Government can do is to avail foodstuff and blankets temporarily. Nothing has happened to mitigate this catastrophe permanently."
