    "content": "Today, even Lake Victoria is receding because what is being taken there is soil. If it continues like this, maybe in 100 years to come, there will be no Lake Victoria. So, we need to dredge the mouths of those rivers to allow water to run into the lake. Once the water is allowed into the lake, even the fish will come out into those other areas where they can breed. There are no fish in Lake Victoria because they cannot get places to breed. These are the issues the Government must work on."
