First, I want to take this opportunity to mourn with the many Kenyans who have lost their relatives and friends and to condole with them and say that it has happened and it is good to allow those who have gone to go. I would request parents during this particular period we are blessed with rains to make sure they do not send their children to towns or to places they think are a bit risky at the moment."
