    "content": "These documents were later introduced, as they were not part of the package of the complaint which was given to the Governor at the County Assembly. They were introduced later on in the Senate as an afterthought to package and reframe a case which is definitely weak in terms of want of documents and the consistency of the content of the documentation. These are the documents which were not given to the Governor, and remember that the right of the Governor to appear in the County Assembly is so sacrosanct, that it cannot be taken away."
