"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I submit that we have a problem regarding the documentation. We have a very big problem regarding the quality of documents submitted before this House because they do not meet the constitutional threshold. There is no nexus between the Governor and the allegations. What we are seeing are complaints; market place allegations. They are allegations which cannot be verified and require further review of documents for you to make a conclusion in your mind that there is a problem which warrants impeachment."
