He said that we sat on a simple matter for an hour, and then came up with a casual deliberation. I object to that because it is casting aspersions on the Members of this House. The counsel can disagree with you in a manner that fits decorum a little bit. We are just helping him to say that he is dissatisfied with us without painting us black."
