    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, we close our case with that submission. The Constitution of this country which establishes all our offices, including the office of the senator, requires for observance in all respects. Article 51 of the Constitution requires that the Governor receives a fair hearing before this House; an independent and impartial House. Our passionate plea is that the Senate, without any doubt or equivocation, will rise to the occasion and resolve this matter in an independent and impartial manner that favours facts as they lie in these proceedings. I thank you for your time."
