"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I sympathise with the situation the hon. Member is in. I wish to offer myself to help him get out of that situation. It was the request of the then Member of Parliament for that area that the road be done. Otherwise, the contract was on another road. That is why we were paying for it out of an addendum to the original contract. However, since we have already done two of the six kilometres, I want to give an undertaking that we will find a way of completing the remaining four kilometres so that we give comfort to the hon. Member."
