He is in the same predicament I am in with regard to Thogoto-Mutarakwa Road which has been under construction for almost two years without being completed, and I am not sure whether it will be completed. Is it the policy of the Ministry to do part of the road to the finish of tarmac or did they intend to make it passable, so that instead of doing the tarmac for only two kilometres, they would do the six kilometres to a certain level and complete the works after the second contract is awarded?"
