The Governor was given an opportunity to be heard, he was summoned, interviewed and he confessed in the CAJ Report to have irregularly obtained that parcel of land on behalf of his wife and they agreed that he would return it. I am not making allegations from the air. The Governor was interviewed and you will get that on page 61. On page 59 and 62, the Governor makes the coercion and forces the widow to transfer. On page 72, we have the copy of the green card which shows that the property was transferred from the widow to the Governor’s wife, which corroborates the report."
