    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we deploy security personnel in areas where there is insecurity. We do not deploy security personnel simply because your neighbouring district has the KPRs. As at now, there is no security threat at all. If there is any then the PC will write a letter requesting for additional security personnel in that area, and I am ready to do this."
