    "content": "issue, there are institutions that deal with land transfers in the county. So, why did they take advantage of the powers of the Governor and transferred this land that belonged to the lady to the county governor? So, it would have been important for us to see the title which had been processed. Also, we should have heard from the registrar of lands on why he or she was forced to transfer the land to the governor. Finally, there is public participation in our Constitution which needed to be followed. Everyone has a right enshrined in the Constitution to be heard be it in the county assemblies or the Senate.
