Speaker, before the Governor proceeds to tender his defence in this impeachment, yesterday you pronounced yourself on the request to admit the Governor’s documents filed outside the prescribed time. You deferred that application to the hearing of the defence case. Therefore, before the commencement of the Governor’s defence, we propose to revisit that application.
