To the best of my understanding, there was one application by the counsel with regard to admission of evidence, but I have heard an argument relating to expunction of evidence of the County Assembly. I have not seen that application. It had not been made before or we were not put on notice in so far as that application is concerned. Is it not tidy for the counsel to first focus on the application to admit evidence, and then you can make your ruling and give directions to this House? When done with that, we can then go to other issues. Otherwise, this House will be lost in making a decision if it is jumbled out like that."
