    "content": "Upon a random inquiry by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) about hiring decisions, they were fired via a memo drafted by the County Secretary. Instructions were given to the Director of Human Resource (DHR) to stop their salaries. Those who were affected were 26 in number. The same fate befell the casual workers who were hired without proper regard to the labour procedures."
