    "content": "The proceedings were robust as you would expect of such a Motion which is important to the county. The MCAs both in support and in complete opposition to the Motion were present. There was a group that chose to retreat away from the Assembly’s premises. All the same, we proceeded under the guidance of the administrative wing of the Assembly which is led by the Clerk and the Speaker. We voted towards 6 o’clock in the evening. The side that was amenable to the impeachment of Gov. Waititu carried the day."
