I am referring the witness--- First and foremost, in cross, I am not limited to even what came out in exam- in-chief. This is cross-examination; a question or material relevant to the issue at hand can be raised. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am raising a question touching on - there is an allegation on award of tenders by the governor, and I am referring the witness to a document. So, I will know the nomenclature of that document. Is it a tender, an invitation to tender or what is it? We cannot misrepresent certain facts. It is either an invitation to tender, a tender document or the contract. Mr. Speaker, Sir, my question is premised on the documents that this witness has produced. I believe that question is proper and in order during cross-examination."
