In the course of the cross- examination, there has been an admission that part of the documents that are being relied upon by the County Assembly were actually not documents that were available to the Governor or in the proceedings before the County Assembly. Rule 19 of the 5th Schedule of the Standing Orders expressly states that no additional documents should be adduced by the County Assembly. The directions we seek is that no further reference should be made to those additional documents because they are highly prejudicial to the Governor’s case."
