    "content": "What is really frustrating in the northern region in terms of the Judiciary is that there are insufficient courts that can manage or deal with court cases. Court cases in that area, particularly in Wajir South, take a considerable amount of time. There are not enough courts in the country and justice is delayed at all the times. Justice delayed is justice denied, as it is said always. That has been said by my colleagues here."
