    "content": "One final thing that I want to add is that the Judiciary is hardly funded enough; it is underfunded. Justice Maraga has come out to talk about it. The last time he spoke in public, he spilled the beans by saying that he does not have sufficient funds to run the Judiciary. That is true. Ours is a House of Budget. We are supposed to see to it that justice is served to the Judiciary."
