    "content": "The elderly have cultural rights. Article 44 of the Constitution provides that everybody has a cultural right and that right must be observed. Elderly people have lived for many years. They have seen many dawns of the sun. They have seen many things come and go. Therefore, it is very important that we support them in the preservation of the cultural norms that they have observed for many years. This is simply because as industrialisation, mechanisation and modernisation occurred in the world, things shifted in terms of how they were used to live. Therefore, we need to understand that we need to look at the challenges they are facing, in terms of the modernisation of the current world. Supporting them through their cultural rights as provided for in Article 44 of the Constitution is important. We need to understand that."
