    "content": "Article 45 of the Constitution provides that the family, as the fundamental unit of society, should be protected by the State. That means the State protects every individual of the family unit. Our elderly people are members who are part and parcel of our families. That is our beginning or where we started. We want to see the elderly people supported as well. Article 44 of the Constitution also provides for them. This Bill is going to be a support for them to ensure that that Article of the Constitution is operationalised."
