    "content": "This Bill has come at the right time. Particularly, because of modernisation, the dynamics in society have changed. There is the issue of migration from rural areas to urban areas, as has been mentioned. The family unit has become smaller and support within the family unit has dwindled. At the same time, we are living at a time when being old is viewed negatively by the young generation. You see comments flying around about being aged and you wonder whether people know that as long as you are born, there will be a time when you will also get old."
