    "content": "Whether it is handiwork or beadwork, the old people get to participate. However, they are not institutionalised. So, the people of the great Dagoretti South Constituency still have the role of taking care of their elderly without institutionalising them. So, even as we think about how to form these institutions, I do believe that there are designated centres where we can have our older people, which are not necessarily live-in centres. The live-in centres should then be left for the very dire and desperate cases of people who do not have families that they can call their own. We do not want to deny a family its duty of taking care of its elderly."
