    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is bad and unfair for the children of Kenya if we have teachers who are on internship and yet they are not paid their stipend. It is even very bad for teachers to be interns; they are supposed to be given full employment because there is a shortage of teachers. There is need for the Committee on Education, where I sit, to be serious on the issue of teachers so that the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) comes and answers these questions."
