They could be smart enough to invest and build a parking area; a nice big truck parking area that can take advantage of that situation. As the national Government still thinks about what to do, the county can benefit. They will have an income if they build that facility and charge a small fee. That is the kind of situation we are facing. This is the ineptitude that we have to condemn."
