    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairperson, I wish to make a formal request to the House leadership, especially for the Committee of the whole House. As you know, there are not many Members who usually engage in this process. Now that we have gone electronic, it becomes very difficult unless you have a physical copy. Yesterday, I was forced to use two screens for the amendment of the Bill on special interest groups. Today, the gadget next to me is dead. So, I cannot really follow what is going on. That is the truth. We have electronics that have become disabled. Could I make a special request that we have printed copies to enable us follow through? We are in the Committee of the Whole House and we are very few?"
