    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, the first intent of the Bill from the Government was to protect local manufacturers. But there was a concern, not only from the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning, that the capacity for particularly pharmaceutical related bottles has not been reached by the country. What he has amended is to exclude those manufacturing pharmaceutical bottles. All the other companies that are making local bottles will have better tax rebate than those imported. The imported ones are going to be more expensive. The Chair needs to clarify that."
