    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I wish to oppose the proposal by the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning. It is high time we decided whether we want to import or we want to do things locally. Fraudsters will still use these goods that we are going to exempt, to bring in other goods which is going to hurt the economy. Either we import the drugs in the bottles or not. Most of the times they are already packed. This is not good at a time when we are trying to remedy the ailing economy. I do not support this."
