    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chair. I stand to oppose. I am opposing because we cannot give this levy to a private entity. We have an obligation to ensure we reduce our debts. We are bedeviling our children and putting too much burden on them. We will be holding this burden for many years to come. As I am speaking, there are students from Karagurerio Primary School here. They are in primary school. Their Member of Parliament is my schoolmate, Hon. Anthony. You can imagine that these children who are here watching us today will still be paying loans that they know nothing about many years to come. It will be loans they heard us talk about in this place. So, I oppose."
