    "content": "As I support the Report, I am encouraged, because the Report is clear that we provide sufficient funds to the Judiciary. As a House, we should allocate adequate resources to the 41 Government-funded projects that are at various stages of completion in order for them to be completed. I hope we will understand that representation is a matter of quality and relevant contribution, and not numbers by burdening the minority and special interest groups with guilt and shame. Thank you."
