Of late, we have been seeing notices in courts that there will be no sittings because a judge or a magistrate was not facilitated to get to the station. That is delay of justice and we all know that justice delayed, is justice denied. This is affecting Kenyans who are the litigants in those courts. They are really suffering. Actually, the cost is being transferred to the litigants."
