    "content": "Another area that the Judiciary needs to be very keen on is employment and remuneration of the officers. They should be above board, in terms of pocket independence. This way they will not be tempted to take bribes in order to adjudicate cases. Remuneration of a judicial officer is a critical aspect of the reforms in the Judiciary. This needs to be looked at so that, a judge dispensing justice will not be tempted to look at other areas for them to make a decision concerning a certain matter."
