    "content": "So, with those very few remarks, this Report is timely and has exposed a number of issues that we need to think through as a nation and as a House. We need to make a decision when it comes to independent institutions in the country, not only the independent arms of the Government but also independent commissions that probably suffer at one point in time because they are not allowed to do their work the way they should."
