Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me an opportunity to add my voice to this Motion on noting of the Annual Reports on the state of the Judiciary for financial years 2016/2017 and 2017/2018. I want to associate myself with the Members who have supported this Report and say that this Report has shown what is wrong with the Judiciary. It has shown what they are doing about it and where they expect to go. We must appreciate that Kenya is a country governed by the rule of law. The institution that has the constitutional duty of interpreting the law is the Judiciary. So, we cannot do without Judiciary."
