    "content": " On sub-clause 1(a), you cannot bring a cow to chair a meeting of goats. Let the goats chair their meeting. It is not right for us to say that we are removing that sub clause. The Fund is meant for the marginalised communities. Let them chair it and handle their funds. So, I oppose the amendment by the Committee Chair."
