Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 7 of the Bill be amended − (a) in sub clause (1) − (iv) by inserting the words “or a person designated in writing by the Principal Secretary” immediately after the word “health” appearing in paragraph (d); This is to also allow the Principal Secretary in charge of matters relating to health to designate an officer to represent him or her during the board meeting just the same way I did on the others."
