    "content": " I wonder what would happen in a board where we have several representations by the Ministries, and the independent appointees are less than them. It will be like the Government conducting its business all the time. Why there are four members here is to protect the fact that the board should not be represented by Government officials, rather it should have some independent board members. The amendment which is being proposed may tilt the membership of the board. I object to this kind of amendment."
