The reason we have such funds and boards is because the Government wants to give the private sector a chance to bring their expertise into the management of Government resources. So, when we have more of Government membership in the board, it should just remain as a department of the Government instead of having it as a Semi-Autonomous Government Agency (SAGA) which, of course, is not autonomous. So, I oppose."
