    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I rise to oppose the amendment. There are very many other qualifications. Why do we not have an architect or a pilot? The general trend has been – I am speaking as a lawyer – we have been told that lawyers always legislate to include that a lawyer must be a chair or head of an organisation. We must discourage equally other professions being legislated into positions. We should just have said that somebody to be a Master’s Degree holder."
