Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I support the amendment although we should not make it difficult for the youth to get employment opportunities just because you are looking for many years of experience. There is no industry for experience; people have to be given opportunities. All we need to do is to create an enabling environment for that person to perform. That is because until you are given an opportunity, you will never get to know your potential. We should not put many years of experience and demand for age as a requirement. I support the amendment."
