    "content": "I beg to move: THAT, Clause 26 of the Bill be amended in sub-clause (1) by deleting paragraph (c) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph— “(c) the progress made towards the marketing of livestock and livestock products;” Basically, the current paragraph provides that reports prepared by the Board will set out the progress made towards the improvement of the livestock industry. However, this is limiting because it connotes that the report will only be made when improvements in the livestock industry are witnessed. The proposed amendments, therefore, correct this and it is fairly objective. Thank you."
