    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, the heading to Part V of the Bill be amended by deleting the words “AND SAVING”. The amendment is related to the proposed deletion of clauses 32,33 and 34 which provide for transition and savings. The savings clauses are unnecessary since there is no livestock and livestock products marketing board in place already.
