    "content": "levy on a producer. (2) The Cabinet Secretary may make regulations prescribing the amount and manner of payment of the levy. The rationale is that the levy will foster financial sustainability of the Board to carry out its mandate. It says that the Cabinet Secretary may in consultation with the Board, by notice in the Gazette, impose a levy to be known as the livestock and livestock marketing products levy.
