Closure should be an option if there is willful failure to comply. Therefore, I humbly request the Committee of this House that is charged with the responsibility of looking into this matter to hit the ground running so as to save the lives of the people of Nandi, Kisumu, Kericho and all others areas that depend on Kibos Sugar Factory."
