    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is not a joke to affect over 3,000 people and 10,000 farmers. So, NEMA is not doing its job well. If it is trying to flex its muscle, it has done it the wrong way. They should have given farmers an opportunity to be heard on how to improve on whatever standards that this factory was not complying with. So, this is sad and should be corrected."
