    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. The Committee needs to look at the policies that guide NEMA, its actions and what they have been doing. This is something that might happen in all our counties if we are not keen. The closing of companies is a worrying trend because we are already facing the issue of unemployment in the country. This is an indication that the levels of unemployment will go up. I request the Committee to look at how we will strengthen the mandate of NEMA and what they should be doing. Right now, there is pollution everywhere yet they are running to close down these big institutions. This is just a way of earning money for themselves. Workers should also be worried about the Secretary General of Central Organization of Trade Unions (COTU) who is politicking---"
